Have a story to add?

If you hold photographs, letters, service records or oral history connected to a Bunbury serviceperson — we would be honoured to include their story.

This archive grows through the patient generosity of families. Every biography on the site started somewhere — a shoebox of letters in the attic, a faded photograph in a drawer, a name half-remembered from a grandmother's stories.

We researchRecords are cross-referenced with service archives, regimental war diaries, embarkation rolls and unit histories. We do this carefully and thoroughly.
III
Their story enduresA new biography is drafted and reviewed with the family before publication. Once live, it becomes a permanent part of the archive.
